TEACHER TRAINING

Matwork Teacher Training

  • Qualify to teach Pilates Matwork in group and 1:1 classes.
  • Matwork students will typically train for a minimum of 12 months.
  • They will be required to log a minimum of 450 hours of study during the training period.
  • At the end of the course, students will be assessed teaching a class (Practical Assessment), will take a written Theory Exam, and hand in written course work, comprising of one Case Study* and one Essay.
    *Occasionally more than one Case Study may be required - see individual Teacher Training Course for full details.
