- We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of Teaching.
- Each of our teachers abides by a strict Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.
- Our teachers are trained in the full classical Pilates repertoire (Joseph Pilates' original series of exercises) and current biomechanical understanding. They're also trained to be able to modify the exercises appropriately for an individual's specific needs and abilities.
- To qualify from one of our teacher training courses, students spend at least one year on Matwork training and a further year or more learning to work with the Apparatus.
- Our teachers are dedicated to continuing their education and learning. To maintain their affiliation to the Pilates Foundation, teachers must take a number of Continuing Professional Development courses each year. They're also required to have up-to-date insurance and first aid certification.
