As created by Inspired Wellness, the fitness program The Best Workouts Ever... Perfect Pilates brings into a single home video release five of the most all-around effective Pilates workouts, designed for exercisers at a broad array of skill and experience levels.
The program features the beginner-oriented 'Method Pilates Fusion,' which combines techniques from traditional Pilates and ballet to shape and tone the entire body; 'Quickfix Pilates,' a workout designed for exercisers with an intermediate level of experience which shapes the buttocks and leg muscles; and 'Method Perfect Pilates,' an intermediate-level workout which combines stretching and breathing exercises to boost the vital structure of the body, while slimming, firming and toning one's overall physique.
